  • Use of clothing according to the weather forecast;<\/li>
  • If necessary use a waterproof jacket;<\/li>
  • Depending on the activity chosen, footwear may be simple or more elegant. Ideally, we suggest wearing sailing shoes, sneakers or other non-slip shoes that do not leave marks on the deck; <\/li>
  • Bring sunglasses with a safety strap.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • Bring normal clothing, as if you were going to spend a day outdoors.<\/li>
    • A hat or cap can sometimes be useful. However, it must be tight so that it does not fly away. <\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      \n\t\t\t\t\t

      SECURITY:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      • You will be given a safety briefing for all passengers boarding;<\/li>
      • Safety vests will be made available to all passengers;<\/li>
      • Passengers are due to have a responsible attitude and so increasing safety on board;<\/li>
      • All the vessels we use are licensed and inspected by the competent authorities to carry out the activity;<\/li>
      • All Skippers are duly licensed and certified by WaterX, having the necessary experience to operate our vessels;<\/li>
      • All vessels have on board first aid kits and life-saving equipment required by law;<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t

        WELLNESS AND HEALH:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
        • To navigate the passenger must be in good health;<\/li>
        • No previous experience is necessary;<\/li>
        • Passengers prone to seasickness are advised to take a pill for motion sickness at least 1 hour before the event;<\/li>
        • It is advised to use sunscreen in the sea even in the days of cloudy skys;<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          INSURANCE:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          • WaterX is a subscriber to all insurance policies required by law for maritime tourism activities.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            \n\t\t\t\t\t

            • WaterX\u2019s crews are all experienced skippers and fluent English, It is not WaterX\u2019s obligation of have guides on board, nor their skippers serve guides for groups.<\/li>
            • WaterX undertakes to present the vessels in perfect condition, duly licensed and inspected for the exercise of the activity.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              \n\t\t\t\t\t

              PAYMENT CONDITIONS:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
              • As agreed between the parties, and all events with us must be 100% paid within 96 hours of the date thereof.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t\t

                CANCELLATIONS:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
                • If the payment conditions are not met, WaterX reserves the right to cancel the event, without the right to any refund from the client;<\/li>
                • Whenever there is a need to cancel an event due to bad weather, WaterX guarantees its customers the right to a credit for the amount of the event paid for;<\/li>
